The first time I use a jump rope was when I was trying to loose weight. It helped me because it made me sweat alot. The reason why I would sweat so much is because of all the different exercises you can do with the jump rope.
When I first started wearing hoodies was in the gym. Black hoodies are the best. They help you sweat more while being active. It’s great for people that wanna go to the gym and work out.
My sister loves to wear sport bras to work out. Their so comfortable and helps you move more freely. Pink is one of the best colors to wear. That’s why their one of the best clothing to wear when being active.
When I first used a gym bag it was a really big help. Their great to keep your personal things and spare work out clothing. I would recommend it for everyone that’s in a rush going to the gym. I would prefer to use a black gym bag.

I love yogayoants.All the girls I know always prefer yoga pants instead of shorts. Any color would be great to wear to the gym or streching. Wearing yoga pants in the gym helps you by not having to wear loose clothing. I personally think their the best for any type of exercise.
